With the construction of cultural facilities south of Canton Tower, the development of t.i.t creative park has also been attracting attention, and in recent days, it has finally ushered in new progress!
On the 12th, Guangzhou t.i.t Creative Park headquarters building plot (ah0306 planning management unit) control detailed planning necessity demonstration consultation began to be publicized.
According to the latest announced planning, the plot is located on the south bank of the Pearl River, south of Canton Tower and Shuangta Road, and the land area of the planning management unit is about 38.7 hectares. It is proposed to adjust the ah030605, ah030607 and ah030608 plots, which are located north of Xingang Middle Road and west of Chigang North Road.
It is proposed to build the T.I.T headquarters building east of East Square Road.
In 2013, Guangzhou proposed to build a cultural "four major museums", of which the Guangzhou Art Museum, Guangzhou Museum and Guangzhou Science Museum were located south of the Canton Tower, and the most closely related to the t.i.t Creative Park was the Guangzhou Science Museum. The roof is designed as a "Science and Technology Garden", where visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Lingnan Park and Canton Tower, as well as learn about various high-tech energy sources. In the future, Guangzhou Science Museum will become a good place for citizens to explore the mysteries of science and experience the fun of science and technology.
