On the afternoon of April 3, Tianhe District Yuancun Street Office, Guangzhou Xinshicheng Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou GuangfangLian Group Co., Ltd. signed a co-construction agreement in the compound of No. 2 Yuancun West Street, reaching a joint construction of the t.i.t smart park government service center and the party and mass service station, opening a new chapter in the party building work in the Tianhe District Park.

According to the co-construction agreement, in line with the idea of "party building first, leading the construction of the park", the Yuancun Street Office, Xinshicheng Company and the Guangfang Lian group will build two single two-storey buildings in the southeast corner of the compound of No. 2 West Street of Yuancun (the turning point of Huacheng Avenue and Nanfu Avenue) of No. 7-1 and No. 7-2 of the self-editing, and build them into the party group service station and government service center of the t.i.t smart park park, with a total construction area of 667.14 square meters.
Previously, the general secretary of the party branch and the general branch of the party of the Guangdong Textile Federation have served as part-time members of the "big party working committee" of the street and the "big party committee" of the community, and carried out the joint construction work through various activities and exchanges. The signing of the co-construction agreement is not only the result of the optimization and integration of tripartite resources, but also a measure to innovate the co-construction model of grass-roots party building work.
In the future, the party and mass service stations and government service centers in the park will be operated and managed by the Yuancun Subdistrict Office. Yuancun Street will purchase service facilities, stationed in public service functions, implement the "four services" ("a la carte" service, appointment service, door-to-door service, agency service) "four open" (opening hours, activity plans, convenient content, service items), to ensure the effectiveness of services, the implementation of flexible working system, weekly opening hours of not less than 48 hours. The three parties will take this as a position to carry out various party building work in the park according to actual needs, organize various party and mass service activities, and carry out various propaganda work of the party and the government.
On the same day, Xinshicheng Company, the operator of t.i.t smart park, introduced the historical characteristics, overall planning and development direction of the park.
It is understood that the Guangzhou t.i.t smart park project is located in Guangzhou Tianhe District Yuancun Street Yuancun West Street No. 2 Courtyard Bauhaus Historical Factory Building and No. 4 Courtyard Industrial Supporting Area, east of the South China Express in Tianhe District, south of Yuancun West Street, the plot was originally the second cotton spinning mill area and industrial supporting area of Guangzhou, and now it is planned to be transformed into a cultural and technological creative industry park. The project covers an area of 69278.28 square meters, with a construction area of 54899.95 square meters and a total investment of 130 million yuan, which is divided into two phases. At present, the first phase of the project has begun to be renovated, and the second phase of the project is about to begin the transformation, and the main project construction will be completed by the end of 2020.

In addition to continuing the design style of the t.i.t brand, the design of the park also reflects the combination of new and old buildings and historical inheritance, and combines art, culture and park themes into the transformation of buildings. Among them, part of the workshop of the former site of the Second Cotton Spinning Factory in Guangzhou is the third batch of historical buildings in Guangzhou, which is the focus of the micro-transformation of the historical building.
According to the operator, at present, it has been transformed in accordance with the principle of "repairing the old as old", including the cotton spinning elements integrated into the history and culture of the factory, retaining the original textile factory machinery as an art installation in the park, building a textile museum, urban living room, etc., focusing on creating a multi-functional office space with perfect supporting facilities, combined with the theme of the theme of artificial intelligence experience theme landscape.

Wang Yongzhi, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Tianhe District Cpc Committee, placed high hopes on the future development of the park and the construction of a demonstration position for high-standard party building work, and put forward several requirements:
The first is to raise standards. As an extension of Zhujiang New Town, the upgrading and transformation of the old factory area will surely inject new vitality into the economy of the village. The scarcity and geographical location of t.i.t smart park determine the high degree of attention in the future. We can learn from the "West Tower Model" of party building in commercial buildings, and build a demonstration position for party building in Tianhe District Park with high standards and strict requirements.
The second is to do practical work. The party building service position of the park should really serve the enterprises in the park, understand the needs of the enterprises, set up corresponding services, and lay a strong foundation for the party building of the high-tech park with young elites as the main body.
The third is to build a brand. Combined with the historical architectural style of the Bauhaus of the main plant of the second cotton spinning factory, as well as the red gene of the factory area, we will strive to build the t.i.t wisdom park party group service station into a new benchmark for party building demonstration in the Tianhe District Park, effectively improve the level of party building work in the park, promote the construction of a new pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing of grass-roots governance, and jointly improve the business environment.
