Wisdom Park, and some workshops at the former site of Guangzhou Second Cotton Spinning Factory have become the focus of micro-transformation, which will be built into the main park of Guangzhou T.I.T Smart Park.

It is worth noting that this is the second tender for the design project of Guangzhou T.I.T Smart Park, and the reporter inquired into the official website of the Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Center and found that on January 29 this year, the Guangzhou Textile Union Company bid for the Guangzhou T.I.T Smart Park design project through the Guangzhou Public Resources Exchange Center.

The bidding announcement shows that the project is a micro-transformation of historical buildings, the above-mentioned scope of the project will be unified for the transformation of building facades, water supply and drainage systems, public roads, etc., the internal space three-dimensional transformation of the Bauhaus historical buildings in the No. 2 compound, and the main park of "Guangzhou t.i.t Smart Park", and the industrial supporting area of the No. 4 compound will be built into a commercial supporting service activity center, with a project area of 69278.28 square meters and a construction area of 54899.95 square meters.

Compound No. 2 is the Bauhaus plot, of which part of the workshop of the former site of the Second Textile Factory in Guangzhou is the third batch of historical buildings in Guangzhou, which is the focus of the micro-transformation of the historical building. The total area of the plot is about 47278.28 square meters, and the nature of the land is industrial land. There are 26 existing buildings, of which the main factory plot covers an area of 25237.79 square meters, and the construction area is 25237.79 square meters. The rest are supporting annexes, with a total construction area of 4737.49 square meters, and other building areas of 6800 square meters. Part of the land of the auxiliary plant in the project land is comprehensive land. Compound No. 4 covers a total area of about 22,000 square meters, with a total of 44 buildings and a construction area of 18,124.67 square meters, mainly residential and commercial facilities.

According to the bidding announcement, the total investment of the project is 130 million yuan, of which the project cost limit is 100.49 million yuan, of which the first phase (No. 4 compound) is 34.32 million yuan and the second phase (No. 2 compound) is 66.17 million yuan.

According to the tender announcement, the proposed construction date of the project is July 2019 and the completion date is December 2020. According to the relevant requirements, the results of the bidding will also be announced after the bidding, and the preliminary stage of the project will also enter the stage of program design and construction application, the preliminary design stage of the first phase, the design stage of the first phase of the construction drawings, the preliminary design stage of the second phase, and the design stage of the second phase of the construction drawings. Whether the project will be able to start construction as scheduled on the proposed construction date is a matter of concern.
