T.I.T Emerald Town was formerly known as the Guangzhou Textile Machinery Factory, built in 1956, located on the new central axis of the city, and is connected with the Xiaomanwai south square.

The project is mainly a single-family building of 200-1000 square meters, which was originally the corner land of the factory of Guangdong Textile Industry and Trade Group, and we tried to explore the possibility of activating the old space of the city from the transformation of the building and landscape.

Public spaces are gaps between buildings, where we want people to be freer and more relaxed about the production, consumption and interaction of culture.
