Liu Feng, male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1963, From Tunliu County, Shanxi Province, began working in September 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in March 1985, university degree.

According to the official resume, Liu Feng served as deputy secretary of the Taigu County Party Committee, acting county magistrate, and county magistrate (during which time, he presided over the overall work of the county party committee from April 2008 to July 2008), deputy director of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission from July 2008 to September 2017, and a member of the party group (during which time, he served as assistant to the mayor of Shanghai Pudong New Area from March 2012 to June 2012), and then served as the acting mayor and mayor of Jincheng City.

Previously, Jiang Siqing, secretary of the party group and director of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, had been appointed secretary of the Yangquan Municipal Party Committee.
