According to the Shanxi Daily, on March 31, the 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Shanxi Province passed and decided to appoint Liu Feng as director of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission; Zhu Peng as director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; Chang Jianzhong as director of the Shanxi Provincial Water Conservancy Department; Ju Zhen as director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; and Wang Aiqin as director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. It was decided to dismiss Jiang Siqing from his post as director of the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission; Li Jinping from his post as director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; Chen Erdong from his post as director of the Shanxi Provincial Water Conservancy Department; Qiao Jianjun from his post as director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; and Sheng Youqing from his post as director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism.
Liu Feng resume
