In the list of major projects in chongqing's "14th Five-Year Plan", a total of 532 major projects are involved, of which 7 are major logistics projects. In the list of national logistics hub construction quota released in 2020, Chongqing's dry port type national logistics hub was successfully selected, laying the foundation for Chongqing's logistics development.
In addition to the national logistics hub, the logistics projects listed in this list also involve the western region, municipal level, urban and rural areas.
Among them, 2 projects will be completed during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and 5 projects will be started during this period, which will promote Chongqing to form a more comprehensive logistics system and a new pattern of domestic and international development.
1. National logistics hub construction project
In the construction of national logistics hubs, Chongqing will take five national logistics hubs such as port type, dry port type, airport type, production service type and commercial service type as the core, and accelerate the implementation of logistics hub construction such as Liangjiang New Area, Shapingba, Jiangjin, Beibei, Jiangbei, Wanzhou, Fuling, Changshou, Banan and Xiushan.
The logistics hubs of Liangjiang New Area include "Orchard Port" and "Inch Beach Bonded Port", which also belong to Jiangbei District.
Among them, Guoyuan Port covers an area of 4 square kilometers, was completed and opened in 2013, with the model of "front port and back park", opened up railways, waterways, highways, air 4 modes of transportation, is an important shipping hub connecting the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the "Belt and Road".
As the first bonded port in the Chinese mainland, the bonded port is already at the leading level in the country and is one of the largest notebook production ports in the world.
Shapingba International Logistics Hub covers an area of about 35 square kilometers, and was approved as a dry port-type national logistics hub in 2020, becoming an important node of domestic and international logistics channels, and will be connected with Chongqing Science City in the future.
Construction of the Luohuang Railway Integrated Logistics Hub in Jiangjin has begun, covering an area of 2.4 square kilometers and a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan. The Luohuang Yangtze River Hub Port is the last port in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River that can dock 10,000 tons of ships, and the No. 1 and No. 2 vertical berths have been completed and put into use, and will continue to be expanded in the future.
As an important hub in the eastern region of Chongqing, Wanzhou is promoting the implementation of the "3+2" port project, coordinating the construction of the Three Gorges integrated logistics hub, and laying the foundation for the comprehensive construction of a national comprehensive transportation and logistics hub.
At present, Wanzhou has reached cooperation with Fuling and Changshou, and the three parties will work together to promote the construction of a service-oriented national logistics hub and create a logistics operation system of "channel + hub + network".
As the only highway-type national comprehensive logistics hub in Chongqing, the Chongqing Highway Logistics Protection Base in Banan District started construction in 2010 and was completed and put into use in 2016, with a core industrial area of 7 square kilometers and an expected transaction volume of 100 billion yuan in 2021.
Xiushan commercial and trade service-oriented national logistics hub construction is currently in progress, will be around the Wuling Mountains to build a railway logistics center, chemical logistics center, express logistics distribution center, cold chain logistics center, bonded logistics center, is expected to 2025, the annual transaction volume will reach 50 billion yuan.
2. Municipal logistics network node project
In the municipal logistics network node project, Chongqing will support the construction of logistics hub parks in Qianjiang, Hechuan, Yongchuan, Nanchuan, Qijiang-Wansheng, Dazu, Tongliang, Tongnan, Rongchang, Wulong, Fengdu, Matjiang, Zhongxian, Yunyang, Wushan and other districts and counties.
It is worth noting that the construction of this project is a logistics hub park, which is fundamentally different from the aforementioned national logistics hub, the former is a functionally rich logistics facility group and logistics activity organization center, and the latter is more inclined to provide facilities and services according to requirements.
Therefore, the construction of municipal logistics network nodes is more to connect the logistics hub parks of various districts and counties, provide facilities and services for major enterprises, and promote the commonalization of logistics operations in various districts and counties.
In addition to the two logistics projects that will be completed during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the other five projects are the new land-sea corridor in the west, the construction of the cold chain logistics service network, the construction of the urban and rural distribution network, the Chongqing Express Distribution Center (Phase I), and the Chongqing Fourth Mail Processing Center.
It involves many sub-projects such as foreign trade, import and export cold chain, rural resident procurement, urban and rural express delivery, express distribution, mail processing, etc., which are closely related to the lives of ordinary people in Chongqing and have attracted much attention.
