Towards a livable and workable southern new city
On November 26, the 17th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Luohuang Town was held, which determined the direction of development for the next five years.
In the past five years, the total production value of Luohuang Town has increased by an average annual rate of 16.8%, and it is expected to reach 23.37 billion yuan in 2021. The average growth rate of the primary industry is 6.8%, and the average annual growth rate of the secondary industry is 11.7%, of which the average annual growth rate of the industry is 12.8%, and it is expected to achieve a total industrial output value of more than 50 billion yuan in 2021. The average growth rate of the tertiary industry is 299%. The per capita income of urban and rural residents increased by an average of 10% per year. Focus on the construction of a new city integrating the development of large ports, large hubs and large bases, the state-level open platform Jiangjin Comprehensive Free Trade Zone (Phase I) passed the national acceptance in 2018, the Jiangjin express train of the new western land and sea channel achieved normal operation in 2019, and in July this year, the container liner from Luohuang Port to Shanghai Port was launched, and the "13th Five-Year Plan" was successfully concluded.
The meeting proposed that in the next five years, the whole town should base itself on the new development stage, adhere to the new development concept, integrate into the new development pattern, and fully implement the "1234" development idea in the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party and the 19th Plenary Session of the Cpc.

On November 26, the first meeting of the Fifth Congress of the Communist Party of China in Shitou Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing Was held.
The conference summarized the work results of Stone Toad Town in the past 5 years. In the past five years, the GDP of the Stone Toad area has steadily increased, with an average annual growth rate of 9.1%, and the per capita GDP has reached 18,000 yuan; the key projects have been steadily advanced, and the completion of the Longxi Highway has greatly shortened the distance from Chang town to Zhongba Island; the construction and completion of the Datong Lake Respect for the Elderly Home and the Rural Safe Drinking Water Upgrading Project, the transformation of 1,784 C/D-class dangerous old houses, the renovation of 4,451 sanitary toilets, the installation of 1,642 households with free tap water, and the hardening of more than 100 kilometers of roads.
The conference also set the goal of Shitou Town in the next 5 years: to build Shitou into a strong agricultural town, a major commercial and trade town, a large cultural tourism town, and a new industrial town.

On November 30, the Fifth Congress of the Communist Party of China lishizhen was successfully held. The meeting summed up the achievements made since the Fourth Party Congress of Lishi Town, scientifically planned the development in the next five years, and mobilized the party organizations of the whole town, the majority of party members, and cadres and masses to make unremitting efforts to build Li City into a pioneering demonstration town for rural revitalization in our region.
In the past five years, under the strong leadership of the district party committee and district government, the party building of Lishi Town has been strong and powerful, and all 598 households and 1754 people in the town have been steadily lifted out of poverty, the "empty shell village" has been completely eliminated, 6 selenium-rich industrial bases have been successfully created, 6 certified selenium-rich products have been certified, and projects such as Wen's substitute breeding, source and health care have landed in Li City; 6 district-level "clean villages" and 3 "beautiful courtyards" have been built, Li Shi Town has been awarded "Jiangjin District Ecological Civilization Demonstration Town", and Liangcha Village has won the title of "National Forest Village". Shageng Village was awarded the 6th National Civilized Village, and Chongqing Municipal Intangible Cultural Heritage "Dragon Boat Mountain Song Festival" was identified as a festival cultural brand in Jiangjin District.
In the next five years, Lishi Town should closely focus on and serve the overall situation of Jiangjin's development, lead the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside with high-quality party building, concentrate on developing modern and efficient agriculture, commercial and trade services, and emerging industries, speed up the construction of an important fulcrum town for the development of modern agriculture in Jiangjin District, an industrial and trade center town that radiates to southern Jinnan, a demonstration town for the integrated development of urban and rural development in Jiangjin, a beautiful pastoral small town where agriculture and tourism blend, and a civilized, harmonious, and livable town, and is determined to build a pioneering demonstration town for rural revitalization in Jiangjin District, so as to push the comprehensive strength and quality of Li Shi Town to a new level.

On November 26, the second party congress was held in Siping Town, and 60 party representatives of the town listened to and deliberated the work reports of the town party committee and discipline inspection committee to seek future development.
The meeting comprehensively summarized and reviewed the work of the past 7 years, arranged and deployed work tasks for the next 5 years; heard and deliberated and adopted the "Resolution on the Work Report of the First Committee of siping Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing Municipality" (draft) and the "Resolution on the Work Report of the First Discipline Inspection Committee of Siping Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing City" (draft); and elected a new leading group of the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission of Siping Town of the CPC.
In the past 7 years, Siping Town has successfully completed the goals and tasks proposed by the town's first party congress, and written a magnificent chapter in the journey of building a national tourist resort on Simian Mountain.
The meeting proposed that Siping Town will earnestly undertake the new development mission in the next 5 years, adhere to the general tone of the work of seeking progress in stability, actively serve the creation of national-level tourist resorts, fully implement the two major positioning of "building one of the 6 central towns" and "building a small town with tourism characteristics" proposed by the district party committee and the district government for Siping Town, and highlight the "four strong and four good" tasks to forge ahead and set sail.
Zhu Yang Town

On November 26, the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Zhuyang Town was held. The meeting summed up the achievements made by Zhuyang Town since the Eighteenth Party Congress, scientifically planned for the development of the next five years, and mobilized the party organizations, party members, and cadres and masses of the whole town to make unremitting efforts to build a new Zhuyang with beautiful mountains and rivers, thick humanities, and prosperity and harmony.
In the past five years, Zhuyang Town's economic strength has reached a new level, industrial development has been continuously transformed and upgraded, grass-roots governance has achieved remarkable results, and urban and rural areas have taken on a new look. Successively created stalagmite mountain national AAA, AAAA level scenic spots; successfully completed the adjustment of the scale of villages (communities); won the titles of Chongqing Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration Town, Chongqing Safe Community, Chongqing City Cult-free Town Street, Chongqing "Five Good" Grassroots Customs Work Committee, etc.; in 2017 and 2020, the party building assessment work was awarded the excellent grade; the town's 193 households and 574 people all achieved poverty alleviation in 2019, and the people's sense of happiness and security was continuously improved.

In the next five years, Zhuyang Town will focus on the construction of Zhengxing New Airport, take the xintou energy project and the Stalagmite Mountain tourism project as the guide, accelerate the construction of the North Line of Jianglu, strive for the construction of Zhuyang Port, actively build a border trade town with prosperous industry, perfect facilities, beautiful ecology, complete functions, and people's happiness, create a new Zhuyang with beautiful mountains and rivers, thick humanities, rich and harmonious, and write a new chapter in Zhuyang's economic and social development.
Jiaping Town
Strive to promote the development of "the hometown of characteristic tea and fruits, and the livable town of mountains and rivers"
On November 26, the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Jiaping Town was held, which summarized the achievements since the 15th Party Congress of Jiaping Town, scientifically planned the goals and tasks for the next five years, and called on the party members and cadres of the town to be loyal and conscientious and strive to write a new chapter of "the town of characteristic tea and fruit, the livable town of mountains and rivers". 101 party representatives attended the meeting.
In the past 5 years, Jiaping Town has continuously strengthened party building, and won the "excellent" grade in the 2018 and 2020 district party committee comprehensive party management assessment; comprehensively focused on "two worries and three guarantees", effectively connected with rural revitalization, 405 households and 1427 poor people achieved poverty alleviation one year ahead of schedule, and in 2021, they were commended by the municipal party committee and municipal government as "Chongqing Advanced Collective for Poverty Alleviation"; based on ensuring and improving people's livelihood, successfully created a municipal health town in 2019 and a national health town in 2020.
The meeting demanded that the whole town should vigorously implement the "1234" development idea, focus on the goal of building a "characteristic tea and fruit town, a livable town with mountains and rivers", accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, comprehensively promote rural revitalization, and promote the upgrading of agricultural industries, infrastructure construction, and high-quality development of rural governance capabilities.
