Flying cake sausage roll

Flying cake 2 pieces sausage 4 egg yolk liquid to taste
1. The flying cake will be taken out a little earlier to soften. Do not remove the oil paper first.
2. When the cake is slightly soft, roll out a little thinner through the oil paper and roll out into a square shape. Peel off the oil paper.
3. Cut into small triangles and cut into 4 pieces of a flying cake.
4. Stack up in pairs.
5. Roll the sausage from a wide head.
6. Place in a preheated air fryer and brush the egg yolk liquid.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
You need to adjust the size of the cut cake according to the length of your sausage. Do not soften the flying cake too much, otherwise it will be too sticky.
