The fact that a responsible chief should say that even if the people have no pants, they will embrace nuclear weapons is really indignant to us. Putting military power first and life second, honestly, is by no means good. We can only hope that this is just his momentary indignation...
As soon as Jin Yong's remarks came out, it was exposed that some intellectuals only cared about the shortcomings of the small family and did not care about everyone else, and his view was that we must first have a livelihood guarantee before we could consider national defense construction.

In the face of the verbal criticism and pens of many newspapers and periodicals, Jin Yong continued to increase his firepower, and successively issued many articles such as "Making Nuclear Bombs, No Benefit and No Harm", "Nuclear and No Pants, No Nuclear Pants and Nuclear Pants" and "Our Ten-Point Position on the Pants Nuclear Issue".
