Xuanbao wonton is a traditional snack in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, named after Xuanbao Town in Taixing City, and has a history of nearly 100 years. Xuanbao small wontons developed from the large wonton (also known as flat food in Jiangsu region) and are known for their thin skin, fresh soup and delicious taste.
