Recently, bird friends and film friends from many places across the country flocked to Tianchengtai Resort in Wushi Town, Leizhou, in order to shoot a humming tiger known as the most beautiful bird.

Hummingbird, known as the beautiful rainbow elves. According to reports, there are 26 species of bee tigers in the world, and 6 species in China. It has bright plumage, slender body, thin wings, and a curved mouth, often gathering small groups in conspicuous places such as branches and wires, catching insects such as bees, wasps, butterflies, dragonflies and so on, so it is called bee tiger. Every year in March and April, bee tigers fly from Southeast Asia, looking for dry and breathable river banks, sand walls to dig holes to nest, feed offspring, and after September, with their grown babies, migrate to southeast Asia further south for wintering, year after year, it has become a never-changing agreement.

According to the person in charge of the Zhanjiang Bird Love Association, the hummingbirds in Zhanjiang are mainly distributed in Mazhang, Donghai Island and Leizhou, mainly chestnut-throated bee tigers, while Tianchengtai Resort in Wushi Town, Leizhou is one of the few places in China that has both chestnut-throated humming tigers and blue-throated humming tigers.

We can enjoy two species of hummingbirds in Leizhou Wushi Tianchengtai, depending on the protection of nature and birds at Tianchengtai Resort.
