Especially the female crab that will be pregnant, the body will produce red or yellow paste, which is called "cream crab" in southern China, known as "sea ginseng".

Red Crab Rice Cake
material:
1 red crab (green crab), 250 grams of glutinous rice, 20 grams of dried shrimp, 5 shiitake mushrooms, 1 lotus leaf, green onion, ginger, peanut oil, salt, cooking wine to taste.
method:
(1) Wash the glutinous rice and drain the water on the pot and steam for later.
(2) Shiitake mushrooms soaked and chopped, dried shrimp soaked softly, chopped green onion, ginger shredded and set aside.
(3) Wash the shell of the red crab, open the crab lid, remove the crab gills, cut into pieces and set aside; two large pliers are broken with the back of the knife.
(4) Put oil in a hot pot, stir-fry the shallots and ginger, then stir-fry the shrimp and shiitake mushrooms evenly, then add the glutinous rice, add the appropriate amount of water and stir-fry, and finally add the appropriate amount of salt, sprinkle the green onion, put a small amount of cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and put on the plate.
(5) Put the fried glutinous rice into a plate covered with lotus leaves, add water to the steamer and bring it to a boil, then lay the crab flat on the glutinous rice, put a little ginger on top of the crab, and then cover the crab lid and steam on high heat for 20 minutes.
