Baishanzu is a national nature reserve and a national AAAA-level tourist scenic spot, located in the territory of Baishanzu Town, Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province, belonging to the Wuyi Mountain System Donggong Mountain Range, with an altitude of 1856.7 meters, the second highest peak in Zhejiang Province.
The scenic spot is rich in biological resources, diverse vegetation types, and preserves a large area of natural native forest ecosystems and a large number of wild biological species, of which "Baishanzu Fir" is listed by the International Commission for Species Protection as one of the world's most endangered twelve plants, which is unique to Baishanzu. Due to the special geographical environment and complex terrain and landform, it constitutes a unique natural landscape of Baishanzu ~ ~ summer without heat, manglin cui pine, flying waterfalls and pools, birds and flowers, and elegant environment. In its hinterland is the Ecotourism Center Tea Wood Silt Resort.

Due to global warming, the fir that was originally widely distributed on the earth only retreated to a high altitude, and the three baishanzu firs that now grow on the southern slope of Baishanzu are unique in the world, so they are listed by the International Commission for Species Protection as one of the twelve most endangered plants in the world for species protection. In 1998, the South China tiger, the first of the world's top ten critically endangered animals, reappeared in the Hundred Mountains Ancestor, adding a lot of mysterious colors to the Hundred Mountain Ancestors.
The four seasons of the Hundred Mountains are distinct, the scenery is different, and a large area of evergreen, deciduous and broad-leaved forests form a beautiful and colorful landscape. Sairo Village
Zhailang Village, located on the east side of the main peak of Baishan Zu, with an altitude of 1250 meters, is the highest administrative village in Zhejiang Province. The village is surrounded by mountains, beautiful scenery, green trees, the village has more than 100 ancient trees more than 300 hundred years old. There are more than a dozen well-preserved ancient residential buildings in southern Zhejiang, and there are two temples, a covered bridge and other ancient buildings at the mouth of the village, which is a typical ancient village with a thousand-year history in the mountainous area of southern Zhejiang.
The village of Sailang is also the village of the Red Revolution, and it was the place where the "Battle of Sairo" of the Advancing Division of the Red Army took place. The "Battle of Zailang" was the first major victory of the Advancing Division of the Red Army since it entered Zhejiang Province, and it created favorable conditions for the establishment of a guerrilla base area in southwest Zhejiang, and was praised by General Su Yu as a "crucial battle" and recorded in the annals of the Chinese revolution. To this day, Zailang Village still retains revolutionary sites such as the Red Army Combat Headquarters, the Battle of Muniu Mountain, the Battle of Aotou, the Battle of Pig's Back Ridge, the Battle Monument of the Battle of Sailang, and the Pavilion of the Red Army. In 2010, The village was identified as a provincial patriotic education base.
At present, Baishanzu Town, where the management area is located, takes the development of eco-tourism as the main line, and gradually forms a tourism line integrating Chegen leisure vacation and farmhouse characteristic village, Zailang Red Tourist Village, and Longyan Shiitake Mushroom Cultural Village.
