  Uses of Twain in biological experiments:

  1. In biological experiments, emulsifying proteins, when used, tween and the same type of triton x-100 (polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether) nonionic detergent does not destroy the structure of the protein, can reduce the destruction of the original interaction between proteins.
