Education as I understand it

Education as I understand it

All along, there has always been an idea, that is, to make a metaphor for the social phenomenon of education in an easy-to-understand way of expression, so that people can understand and remember. After reading some experts and scholars who are very theoretical and logical, I cannot draw out the expressions that can meet the above conditions in those very correct and advanced macro theories.

By chance, I saw a talk article by Zhu Qingshi, former president of the University of Science and Technology of China and academician of Sichuan, and I had the feeling of Mao Sai suddenly opening up and suddenly opening up. He believes that the current education is like "applying chemical fertilizers", although occasional use can play a short-term high yield role, but long-term use, but will make the soil compacted, the soil quality weakened, and the grain yield reduced.

So for education aimed at improving grades, I have two metaphors:

1, like "fertilization", although it looks like the grass seedlings are thick and strong, the yield has gone up, but the soil is plated, and the nutritional value of the fruit is also discounted.

2, like "pig urging". But anyone with experience in rural life knows that it usually takes 8-12 months for a pig to grow normally enough to be slaughtered and eaten. What kind of feed additives such as "Feed Treasure 920" and "March Fertilizer" are used, and three or four months can be stopped. The pigs went up, but the meat quality declined.

So people began to miss the natural and green food of the past, and the things with the word "soil" were rare and expensive.

Education as I understand it

From that I thought about our education. What should natural green education look like?

1, like "fertilize the farm". Although yield growth is slow and the work process is relatively complex (composting, composting, fertilization, etc.), it can gradually fertilize the land, promote continuous increase in grain production, and ensure food quality.

2, like "turning vine". Red amaranth is different from other crops and does not need to be too much fertilizer, but when it grows, it is necessary to constantly turn its vine-like seedlings, otherwise, the seedlings grow very vigorously, and the final red amaranth is small and small.

Educating children, just like when the red amaranth grows, we must keep turning its seedlings, only by turning it often, the stem of the red amaranth will not take root everywhere in the soil, and the nutrients are supplied to the seedlings, and the nutrients absorbed by the red amaranth seedlings can be absorbed by the fruits buried in the soil, and can produce many and large red amaranths.

The above analogy may be inappropriate, but in the process of education, we respect the laws of education, diligently "apply farm manure", "turn over the vine", the growth of grass seedlings, the formation of excellent quality of fruits, is certainly beneficial and harmless, at least will not cause soil compaction.

Education as I understand it

Education is an activity and process that is carried out in a valuable and ethical manner. "Fertilizing fertilizers" and adding "feed additives" type of education, the content is not valuable, the way is not moral, and the sustainable development of students cannot be talked about.

It is also reported that none of the academicians of the "two academies" and the national scientific and technological innovation talents evaluated in the past two decades are the winners of the college entrance examinations in various provinces and cities. This also seems to show that the score can be "urged", but the ability is "urged" out.

I was originally a peasant boy, and my understanding of education also carried the smell of earth. But the peasants' dedication to fiddling with the land and their simple understanding of the laws of crop growth seem to have enlightened our education.
