The real-time strategy masterpiece "Age of Empires 4" officially landed on Steam last night, attracting a large number of players while receiving an 81% praise rate! This is certainly a good start.
According to Steamdb statistics, Age of Empires 4 reached its peak online player count at around 2:00 a.m. Beijing time at around 2:00 a.m. on the 29th, and easily surpassed the all-time high of 38,725 in Age of Empires 2: Decisive Edition.
Of course, that number doesn't include Xbox game passes and the number of players on the Microsoft Store, and Microsoft hasn't announced the game yet. As of press time, Age of Empires 4 currently ranks 18th in Steam in terms of players.
