On the morning of October 27, the Nantong Traffic Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment received the news from the illegal operation vehicle alarm center, and according to the big data research: there are online ride-hailing vehicles near the Nantong Railway Station suspected of illegal operation.
Lu Linjian, deputy captain of a large team of the Nantong Traffic Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment, said that law enforcement officers found a car, and its order information was from a hotel on Renmin Middle Road to Nantong Railway Station. According to the information, the law enforcement personnel expect the time of the vehicle to the railway station, go to the railway station in advance for control and investigation, and then accurately investigate and punish the online car at the railway station.
After investigation, the driver Yang Mou did not obtain the online car qualification certificate, and the vehicle did not obtain a road transport certificate. Law enforcement officers temporarily detain the vehicle, and the driver will face a fine of 10,000 yuan to 30,000 yuan.
Lv Linjian introduced that as long as the online car order is initiated, law enforcement personnel can see the launch time and specific path of the order, so some online car even if there are no passengers on the scene, but can still fix the relevant order data within a week.
In key areas such as Nantong Railway Station and Bus Station, law enforcement personnel also use the Eagle Eye system, capture vehicles with a high frequency of entry and exit, and then through big data comparison, to achieve accurate investigation and punishment of illegally operated vehicles.
In addition to Nantong, the Wuxi Binhu Traffic Law Enforcement Brigade conducted research and judgment on the multi-frequency travel periods and road sections of illegal online ride-hailing within the jurisdictional area, and accurately seized illegal online ride-hailing vehicles; 6 traffic law enforcement brigades in Suqian City and the public security traffic management department set up card checks in high-frequency travel areas such as railway stations, bus stations, and university towns. In the past week or so, law enforcement personnel throughout the province have used the intelligent illegal online ride-hailing module to conduct research and judgment, and a total of 262 illegal online ride-hailing vehicles have been seized, and the law enforcement efficiency has been greatly improved. In the next step, Jiangsu Province will continue to strengthen the use of scientific and technological law enforcement methods such as illegal online ride-hailing modules to ensure the safe travel of citizens.
