【Recipe making process】:

2, cut the leeks into small pieces and set aside, and cut the carrots into strips for later;

4, then put in the mung bean sprouts together and stir-fry until the mung bean sprouts are broken;
5, after the failure of the mung bean sprouts become soft, the pot also has some more water;
6: Pour in the light salt sauce and stir-fry evenly. Because I don't put salt, so the soy sauce can put more, light salt soy sauce taste fresh and not salty, the color will not be too heavy;
7, then add leek segments together and stir-fry evenly;
8: Stir-fry the leeks evenly before being put on the plate. Leeks have a lot of water, it is easy to get out of the water when it is hot, it should not be stir-fried for too long, and simply frying can also keep the green and tender leeks.
9: Beat two eggs in a bowl, add a small spoonful of light salt sauce and stir well;
10, another pot, put on the cooking oil, pour in the egg liquid, spread into an egg cake;
11, egg cake on both sides of the brown can be out of the pan, I like this kind of fried scorched, if you want to be tender, you can adjust the fire, frying time is shorter;
12: Cover the egg cake with the stir-fried dish.
There is no salt in the seasoning of this dish, all rely on soy sauce to enhance the taste, relatively light, if you like to be salty, you can add your own salt, stir-fry together evenly.
