Zhang Zhiqiang has been adhering to front-line teaching for nearly 23 years and has served as a class teacher for 16 years, and also served as a school department management work, with high professional quality and professional level, good at communicating with students, the teaching results of the classes he teaches are outstanding, he himself has been rated as "excellent intern", "teaching expert" and "excellent post expert" by Jigang Group, etc., and has repeatedly tutored students to win the "National Ye Shengtao Cup", "Language Newspaper Cup", "Wenxin Carving Dragon Cup" Composition Competition Special Prize and First and Second Prizes, Many papers and a number of scientific research achievements have won awards, and in 2006, he was rated as an outstanding class teacher in Jinan. Due to his outstanding performance, Comrade Zhang Zhiqiang was selected by the Organization Department of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Education Bureau at the end of 2018 to serve as the assistant director of the Xiangxi Prefecture Education and Sports Bureau.

Although Xiangxi is a place with green mountains and green waters and outstanding people, it has also cultivated Shen Congwen, Huang Yongyu and other cultural masters, but the entire Xiangxi Prefecture area is in the depths of the Wuling Mountains, traffic and information are very closed, and the local economy is not a general poverty implementation, which has led to backward teaching ideas and average education level here. The local climate is cold in winter, hot in summer, humid and mosquito bites are unbearable, the mountain roads are muddy and dangerous, coupled with the loneliness of the soul brought by being far away from home, and the unaccustomed food language and so on, everything is so strange.
When I first met Xiangxi, although it was a dilapidated scene at that time, when Zhang Zhiqiang walked into her deeply, the spiritual outlook and work and study status of the leaders, teachers, and students here greatly infected this Communist Party member. The resolute gaze of the people of xiangxi, their desire for knowledge and advanced educational ideas, and their vision for the future made Comrade Zhang Zhiqiang realize that he needed his efforts and efforts more than his daughter who was about to take the college entrance examination. In practical work, he first strengthened the overall planning and management guidance of work, fully implemented the division of responsibilities, fully integrated the resource advantages of the education systems of the two places, improved the mechanism of mutual visits and joint meetings between the two places, coordinated and promoted the in-depth development of the coordination between the east and the west of education and poverty alleviation, and continuously improved the effectiveness of the education counterpart assistance work. Highlight intellectual assistance, pay attention to talent exchanges, further improve the talent exchange mechanism, effectively accelerate the coordination and assistance between the state and municipal schools, and gradually achieve full coverage of paired assistance above the primary school in the center of the city, county, and district. Based on the endowments and foundations of educational resources in the two places, famous principals and teachers are invited to conduct training, teaching lectures and exchanges on the ideological concepts and teaching research of running schools. Two-way docking highlights the local conditions, characteristics of the drive, in the arrangement of exchange learning training projects, fully consider the reality of the weak science in Xiangxi Prefecture, further coordination and strive to increase the dispatch of secondary school science teachers, invite a group of outstanding middle school science teachers to the state to carry out volunteer teaching activities, and improve the overall level of science teaching in Xiangxi Middle School.
For more than two years, regardless of holidays, cold and summer, Zhang Zhiqiang has traveled between Jinan and Xiangxi, shuttling through every inch of land in Xiangxi. In more than two years, he measured the land and roads of 8 counties and cities in western Hunan Province, and he investigated and walked more than 4,200 kilometers of roads, ran an unknown number of shoes, and shed an unknown amount of sweat. A total of 127 schools in Xiangxi were organized to pair up with 121 schools in Jinan; 655 people from Jinan were organized and coordinated to teach in Xiangxi, and 565 people from Xiangxi went to Jinan to study with their classes; and 135 children of poor families in Xiangxi were organized to study in Shandong.

In this way, with true feelings and enthusiasm to fill the gap in the feelings of the Xiangxi region of Jinan, with warmth and patience to eliminate their helplessness and loss in the face of modern education.

Faithful dedication without complaint or regret
Entering the mysterious Xiangxi, Zhang Zhiqiang promoted democratic education and guided students to achieve self-management; he implemented humanized education and paid attention to the life status of students. In order to pursue the education of beauty in his mind and implement the education of love, Zhang Zhiqiang himself left many memories that were not beautiful. To this day, his front teeth are sometimes faintly painful, that is because he accidentally fell down the muddy mountain road and almost fell off; so far his ankle tendons are still faintly painful when they catch up with the rain on a cloudy day, which is left by accidentally falling down the mountain road during a mountain visit; to this day he still remembers the four fingernails lost due to a long-term trek to climb the muddy mountain road, and he still remembers that for more than two years, due to the unaccustomed environment and diet, he has suffered stomach pain and diarrhea every day, resulting in more than ten pounds of weight loss... Now looking back on the more than two years of poverty alleviation in western Hunan Province, Zhang Zhiqiang's heart is also full of gratitude. This experience has greatly sublimated and cultivated his moral feelings! On February 25, 2021, the Jinan Aid Xiangxi Poverty Alleviation Team won the title of National Advanced Collective and was commended by the party and the state.
