In The Big Bang Theory, Sheldon once mentioned a little gossip by Newton:

First, the most familiar strangers

Newton was one of the strangers we knew best.

He is familiar because, speaking of Newton, we can quickly think of Newton's three laws (although we can no longer remember what the three laws are) and think of Newton's famous apple.

The world's most famous are three apples, one that seduced Eve, one that inspired Newton, and one that bound Jobs.

But beyond that, we seem to know very little about Newton.

I didn't even think about Newton's nationality for the first time.

Reading this "Biography of Newton" published by the People's Post and Telecommunications Publishing House of China Industry and Information Publishing Group made me understand Newton from many angles.

Before reading this book, Newton was just a great scientist in my mind, and after reading this book, Newton was a very colorful "person" in my mind.

This book made my newton walk off the altar and become more authentic and intimate.

Second, about Newton I did not know.

Newton's life was very withdrawn. Although he received many honors, there were few people who could share with him when he was alive. His father died early, his mother abandoned him to remarry, and he had a natural resistance to the intimate relationship between people. He has never been close to a woman in his life, and he has not had a good relationship with his colleagues, and he often leaves no room for people.

In The Big Bang Theory, in Sheldon's fantasy, Newton knows women very well, which is definitely a misunderstanding.

There are so many things in this world that interest Newton, who once compared the world to an ocean, saying that he was just a boy who enjoyed himself on the beach, and from time to time he would find a smoother pebble or a more beautiful shell.

This is his modesty, and the pebbles and shells he picked up are all talked about by posterity.

He has made great achievements at least in the fields of physics, mathematics, astronomy, and philosophy of chemistry. He dabbled in all the fields he liked, and in those areas he was happy like a child.

The only way to solve your worries is to learn.

Iv. Characteristics of Newton's Biography

This "Biography of Newton" is not a very literary biographical reading, nor is it a very simple popular science book, and the author uses a kind of rigor that is almost the style of doing thesis to write the book.

Later in each chapter the author makes a large number of annotations, which are partly quotations, quoting newton's own letters and some of the materials written by writers and scientists related to Newton. There is also a large part of this commentary that explains some scientific phenomena, which do not explain and do not affect the fluency of the text, but the author still carefully annotates these uncommon knowledge one by one, and we can see that the author is absolutely not hearsay about what he tells, and he has made a full accumulation and full understanding of what he has told, and he hopes that his readers can also deeply experience the joy of science. The author is well-intentioned.
