Lenin's great contribution to the theory of the world proletarian revolution has two very important points: first, he expounded on the decay and decline of imperialism, and second, he expounded on the road of proletarian revolution, the necessity of establishing a proletarian state at the weak link in the chain of the imperialist front, and thus giving rise to the proletarian revolution of the whole world. It was precisely under the guidance and influence of Marxism-Leninism that the Chinese revolution went from weak to strong, until it was established and developed into a prosperous and powerful socialist country, but the fall of the Soviet Union and the great changes in Eastern Europe urgently required marxist-Leninists to answer the relationship between the Leninist road and the characteristics of the times. The main political and military leaders who formulate and implement policies of foreign aggression and expansion are called imperialists. Secondly, it refers specifically to a special stage in the development of capitalism, imperialism is the monopoly stage of capitalism, or imperialism is monopoly capitalism, and monopoly is the most basic feature of imperialism. The process of emergence and development of monopoly organizations, that is, the process of capitalist development to the stage of imperialism, they carry out cruel monopoly plunder at home to obtain high monopoly profits, and extensively divide the world market to establish or support colonial and semi-colonial countries externally. Third, on the basis of monopoly, the imperialist groups of countries belonging to different camps have developed, and they have constantly waged imperialist wars of different sizes for the benefit of their respective groups, so that the imperialist countries and their internal monopoly organizations will be weakened in these wars, and at the weak links in these imperialist chains, the proletariat will thus have the opportunity to launch a proletarian revolution to establish a proletarian state, and thus to establish more proletarian positions, thus creating a situation in which the proletarian revolution will triumph throughout the world. The victory of the proletarian revolution in the Soviet Union and in the countries of Eastern Europe and East Asia was precisely the victory of Marxism-Leninism in that era. However, the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe successively underwent great changes in the 1990s, and the reasons for this were profound and complex, and other authors have discussed them in detail, but the footprints of the times require a more realistic understanding.

First of all, the degree of capital monopoly, from the end of the nineteenth century, through the twentieth century to the present, step by step deeper, more systematic, extreme, capital monopoly began in the category of industries, commodities, markets, colonies, and later extended to the category of the state, the state group, and thus gave rise to the first, second world war, the first world war, the main result of the game between the imperialist groups of countries, The russian imperialism was completely weakened and the proletarian revolution broke out. The old colonial countries were liberated and socialist countries were established, and the old imperialist countries such as Western Europe and Japan were greatly weakened and turned into second-rate powers and dependent on the US imperialists; US imperialism once again made war gains, seized most of the fruits of imperialist development, and completed the maximum political, military, economic, and scientific and technological monopoly of the capitalist world, thus becoming the new hegemon of the capitalist world, but at this time, the financial monopoly hegemony of us imperialism was still in its embryonic form and had not finally formed. Since then, with the victory of the Second World War, the socialist state bloc has supported each other internally, the people have been liberated, the productive forces have been greatly developed, our political, military, and economic status has been unprecedentedly improved, and the socialist camp headed by the Soviet Union and the capitalist camp have waged extensive and in-depth struggles throughout the world, especially the victories in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea and the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Vietnam are the most brilliant, and the Communist Party has completely broken the myth of the invincibility of US imperialism. The national liberation movements in Asia, Africa, Latin America and even almost all colonial countries have been greatly promoted, and various colonial countries have gained national liberation and national independence from the suzerainty, especially Cuba has also been liberated and established as a socialist state. Under the pressure of the world national liberation movement and the capitalist economic crisis, especially the oil crisis, the capitalist system is crumbling, forcing the political elite of capitalism, especially the US imperialist countries, to think deeply, the traditional imperial colonial system is not only costly, but also basically unsustainable, Nixon even had to declare the decoupling of the dollar and gold, the collapse of the capitalist gold standard system, but coincidentally the imperialist system did not collapse as a result. Such a move objectively caters to the demand for the dollar in the development of the world economy, especially importantly, the US elite has thus discovered that the dollar, especially the financial hegemony, has a predatory and dominating role in the world, even superior to political and military means, and the cost is low, and the oil crisis has also made them see the important role of oil, so they colluded with the major oil-producing countries in the Middle East to bind oil to the dollar, established a financial system for oil dollars, and further expanded the strength of the US financial hegemony, which was then actually practiced in South America. South America, especially Argentina, was looted by the US imperialist financial oligarchy, the South American economy has since collapsed, the US imperialists have thus made a lot of profits, the FINANCIAL oligarchs in the United States buy low and sell high the financial magic has even been tried and tested in the world, successively destroyed the national economy of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, created the Southeast Asian economic crisis, but also infiltrated its financial claws into all aspects of the United States and the world, and successively established a modern stock market, stock futures, gold futures, oil futures, real estate, commodities, All kinds of financial derivatives and other financial markets, the United States through the financial system, especially the dollar input and output, plus all kinds of market manipulation, control the whole process of commodity production and circulation in the world and the price of commodity input and output, strengthen the world, including Western Europe, Japan and other dependent countries of the economic plunder and hegemony of the whole world, just imagine that by printing money can rob the world, industrial capital has not become a burden to contribute to the effort not to make money, thus also caused the hollowing out of the United States industry, under the guise of globalization. American industry has migrated to various continents in Asia, Africa and Latin America, and the United States has specialized in the tertiary industry, which is mainly based on finance, and the military industry and science and technology industries necessary to maintain hegemonic rule, and imperialism has thus entered the era of financial imperialism.
