Words applaud and a sense of ritual living in the moment

I often attend some conference activities or watch some performances. It will always be found that from the beginning to the end of these activities, including the wonderful or climactic parts in the middle, there will be some sparse applause, but there are still many people who are reluctant to clap their hands from beginning to end, and it seems indifferent.

I remember attending a Spring Festival Gala recorded in a certain place. At the beginning of the party, there was a special hot spot. The host mobilized the enthusiasm of the audience in various ways. At first, the applause was thunderous, and then it gradually became cold. In the official performance, no matter how wonderful the stage is, the applause is always faint. Finally, I saw the replay on the TV, and the applause came and went, and I knew that the warm applause picture could be pasted.

There was also training from a while ago. On the podium, the teachers did their best to lead the way, and their mouths were like hanging rivers. Under the podium, there is another world. Watching the news, playing games, chatting, sleeping, makeup, beauty, massage, phone calls, and a sister next to no one to recite English loudly, it is estimated that it is in a hurry to go abroad.... I listened to the lecture very devotedly, and I involuntarily applauded the wonderful narration of the teacher between classes, and suddenly found that all the eyes in the classroom were thrown at me, with surprise and mockery, which instantly made me feel like an alien, like a man fidgeting on his back.

Every day we can see some of the gatherings and performances in foreign countries reflected in the TELEVISION, movies and news. In the whole process from the beginning to the end of the performance or speech, the applause is continuous, and even the whole person will stand up and applaud, the scene is sincere and warm, and I am often deeply moved by such a sincere and friendly atmosphere. All this, compared with those of us who have a long history and moral cultivation of five thousand years of ancient civilization, these big-nosed, blue-eyed and widely learned the essence of Chinese culture, seem to be serious and enthusiastic about any work and doing, more ceremonial, more aware of etiquette, know respect, know the profound meaning of praise and applause.

As the saying goes: one minute on stage, ten years off stage. Whether it is the hard work of professional actors throughout their lives, or the answers of classroom teachers year after year, or even the children's teeth and teeth to take the first step in life, they need recognition, support and encouragement, so applause is the most original, simplest, most direct, most beautiful and sincere response and answer, it is the only magical existence in this world that can cross time and space, cross geography, cross race, cross faith, cross age, and cross cognition.

We often hear a fashionable saying now: how many people can really understand and put into action living in the moment? In real life, many people are just the opposite. We cannot concentrate on living today with all our attention to excellence, but we are fantasizing about the arrival of tomorrow's beauty; we cannot do a good job of doing a good job in a serious, meticulous, sincere and enthusiastic manner, but we are worried about whether the next thing can be successfully completed. We live in such a state, and we have long forgotten the true face of life. The sense of ritual that life needs, the gratitude that it needs, the sincerity it needs, the respect it needs, the enthusiasm it needs, the seriousness it needs, has long been replaced by casual coping, ignorance and indifference, self-stubbornness, simplicity and vulgarity. Many people are so busy and plausible that they end up achieving nothing and wasting their time. Many people are in such a state, slowly becoming selfish and unmoving. Convergence of their sincere smiles, stingy with their warm applause, forgetting the warmth of human nature, and losing the voyage of life, this is the sinking of human nature.

Each of us wants to live independently and autonomously, that is, we hope to live in the present, feel and enjoy the sincere and beautiful existence of life, and cherish every day of life. But the most basic starting point of all this is their sincerity and dedication, learning the minimum reverence for life and mutual respect between people. Respecting others is also respecting yourself, and the applause to others is also a reward for your own cultivation. If you hear an actor say again: Come on a little applause. Before that, you can applaud enthusiastically, cheer loudly, forget all inhibitions and constraints, find the basis of your inner goodness, and be a true present self in this moment. Of course, I hope that your children can also see all this, witness this most beautiful ceremony, and feel the most sincere and kind warmth in the world with you.
