In the first three quarters of this year, the construction of the Niutianyang Expressway, a key provincial and municipal construction project, was accelerated, and the key control projects Niutianyang Bridge and the North Shore Main Line Viaduct have entered the superstructure construction, and the entire linear outline of the expressway has been preliminarily revealed.
The Niutianyang Expressway project is jointly invested and constructed by China Railway Southern Investment Group and Luen Thai Group, and the China Railway Bridge Bureau and Dahao Municipal Construction Co., Ltd. are responsible for the construction. The whole line of the project adopts the three-dimensional cross-sectional design of the main line elevated road plus the auxiliary road under the bridge, and the first-class highway is combined with the urban road standard. The total length of the main line of the project is 15.8 km, the total length of the auxiliary road is 12.0 km, the main line and the auxiliary road are six lanes (eight lanes across the river section), the design speed of the main line is 100 km / h, and the design speed of the auxiliary road is 60 km / h. The total length of the main line bridge is about 14km, accounting for 88.93% of the total length of the route, of which the Niutianyang Bridge across the Rongjiang River is a double-tower and double-cable-stayed bridge.
Niutianyang Bridge is a double-tower double-cable-stayed bridge, the main tower of the bridge is as high as 183 meters, which is about 40 meters higher than the main tower of the Bassite Bridge, which is the current high-tech record of bridge construction towers in Shantou.
The main tower of the bridge is poured and formed in 33 sections, and the construction unit is advancing the construction work at an average speed of one section in about 10 days. At present, the north tower has completed 22 sections and is expected to be capped in March next year, and the south tower has completed 16 sections and is expected to be capped in April.
At present, the construction of the piers on the water part of the north bank of the Niutian Yangte Bridge is nearing completion, and it is expected that all the piers in the water part of the north bank of the north bank will be completed in December this year.
According to the construction design, the bridge part of the Niutianyang Bridge is spliced on the spot by steel box girder to form a whole, and then the steel guide girder is pushed to the designated position of the bridge pier for installation. There are 18 spans of steel box girder jacking construction on the water part of the north bank of the bridge, and 12 spans have been completed so far, and it is expected that all of them will be pushed into place before the Spring Festival.
The land part of the north bank of the Niutianyang Expressway is mainly composed of two parts: the main line viaduct expressway and the municipal road of the auxiliary road under the bridge.
At present, from the Jinsha West Road interchange to the National Highway 206 line, the substructure of the Niutianyang Expressway main line viaduct has been mostly completed, and it is planned to start the construction of the superstructure frame girder next month.
From the section of National Highway G206 to Pengzhou Village, the Niutianyang Expressway main line viaduct has completed 330 girders, and it is planned to erect another 120 girders before the end of the year, basically completing the main project of the viaduct in this section.
The substructure of the two important node parts of the Jinsha West Interchange and the Jinfeng West Interchange interchange has been completed, and the prefabricated small box girder erection and cast-in-place girder construction work of the ramp bridge have begun. Construction of the National Highway 206 cross-line bridge is also scheduled to begin by the end of the year.
The auxiliary road under the bridge is planned to complete the construction of rainwater pipes and the intersection of the roadbed by the end of this year, and complete about 30% of the bottom layer of the crushed stone cushion and the cement stabilization layer, in preparation for the construction of the asphalt surface layer next year.
