It has successively implemented projects such as the large and middle repair of the Xingyuan Ramp, the preventive maintenance of the northern half of Chengfeng Road, post-disaster reconstruction, rural road transformation and upgrading, and the construction of comprehensive service areas, contributing to the high-quality development of Ji'nan New Area.

Reconstruction and upgrading of provincial highways into peak highways
Chengfeng Highway, the provincial highway, is an important transportation channel in Handan City and one of the main trunk lines running through the east and west of the new district. After the construction was completed in 2013, after several years of high-load use, it was seriously damaged. The transformation and upgrading of Chengfeng Highway is imminent, he organized professional and technical personnel to study national policies, went to the Provincial Transportation Department for many times to run project funds, and finally successfully approved the Xingyuan Ramp Major Repair and chengfeng Highway Northern Half Preventive Maintenance Project in June 2020, and won more than 10 million yuan of provincial government funds. The project will be completed in 2020 and will be carried out by the staff of the Transportation Bureau of Ji'nan New Area.

On the basis of the preventive maintenance project of the northern half of the Chengfeng Highway, the Traffic Bureau of the New District has actively planned the large-scale repair project of the southern half. During that time, in order to speed up the approval speed, he helped to do chores in the provincial office, helped to do some things within his ability, and accelerated the speed of approval by the superior. After unremitting efforts, the project was successfully approved and won more than 25 million yuan of provincial government funds, which will be implemented this year.

Rural road construction
The rural roads in Ji'nan New Area have been seriously damaged due to historical reasons, and there are potential safety hazards in many road sections, which have seriously hindered the development of villages along the route. In order to completely change the travel conditions of the masses, Guo Yang organized a professional team to conduct a field survey of all rural roads in the district for one month, and after reporting to the party working committee and management committee of the new district for approval, he adopted a one-time package design and implemented the method of batch implementation, and scientifically proposed a three-year implementation plan for the transformation and upgrading of rural roads. In the first year, the rural roads and trunk roads were completed, all the broken roads were opened, and all the rural roads were connected.

In 2020, the 101 roads involved in the three-year offensive action of the rural road network construction in the new district, with a total mileage of 188.633 kilometers, have been completed, and the remaining half will be completed and put into use in 2021, and the originally planned three-year task will be completed in two years.

This year, the Transportation Bureau has a new goal, combined with the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the new district, planned the Chengfeng Highway North Ring Project, the Chengfeng Highway Fuyang River Bridge Reconstruction Project and the Mafeng Highway East Extension Project, etc. After many times of communication with the Municipal Transportation Bureau, the planned project has been included in the "14th Five-Year Plan" transportation special planning of Handan City, of which the Chengfeng Road Fuyang River Bridge Project is included in the project launched by the Provincial Department this year.
