Stir-fried lentils with pork belly

Today I would like to share with you a leisurely home-cooked dish: fried lentils with pork belly.

Ingredients
Pork belly 250 g
200 grams of lentils
Red pepper 15 g

4 grams of salt, 3 grams of sugar, 5 grams of bean paste, 2 grams of chicken essence, 8 ml of water starch, 4 ml of cooking wine and dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of cooking oil, ginger slices, minced garlic, and a little white onion

The washed red peppers are cut into small pieces and the pork belly is cut into slices.

Pour the right amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil over high heat, add a little cooking oil, pour in the plucked and cleaned lentils and cook for about a minute until the color is emerald green, remove the blanched lentils, drain and set aside.

Heat the pot with oil, pour in the pork belly and quickly fry until it changes color to produce oil, pour in ginger slices, minced garlic, green onion white and stir-fry until fragrant, add a little soy sauce and sugar to fry evenly, pour in cooking wine to enhance the flavor; pour in lentil carob, turn the heat down, and add the bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

After a few moments, pour in the red pepper, add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry to taste, pour a little water starch to outline the sauce, out of the pot and plate.
Tips
1. Before processing lentil carob, the tendons on both sides should be removed first, otherwise it will affect the taste and be difficult to digest.
2, when the lentils are blanched, the water is boiled and then put down, and after the color is changed, it can be fished out.
3, pork belly does not like greasy, you can sauté for a while, fry out the oil inside.
