Sweet and sour pork ribs
raw material:
Pork ribs 500g, balsamic vinegar 100g, sugar 150g, rice wine 10g,
Sesame oil 15g, refined salt 2.5g, green onion 25g, ginger 25g. Red Yeast Rice 10g,

Preparation Method:
(1) Wash the ribs and cut them into 4 cm long and 2 cm wide pieces. Pour the salad oil on the pan, cook until it is seven ripe, fry the ribs until it is light brown, pour it into a colander and drain the oil, and boil the red yeast rice to make red yeast rice water.
(2) Heat the pot, add oil and sugar and stir with a hand spoon, when the sugar is fried until the dates are red, add green onion and ginger to cook rice wine and water, pour in the ribs and add salt, sugar and red yeast rice water. Bring to a boil on high heat for 2 minutes, turn to low heat, cover and burn for about 1 hour. When the pork ribs are cooked until the ribs are able to get out of the bone, turn the heat to collect the marinade until it is thick and shiny, add the balsamic vinegar and stir-fry, then pour in sesame oil, stir-fry a few times, and cool it in the pourer.
Flavor characteristics:
The color is bright red, the taste is sweet and sour, and the oil is abundant but not greasy.
