Anguo Temple is located at the mouth of Yifeng North Street in Xianyang City, north of Biyuan, south of Weishui, the temple is wide from north to south, narrow from east to west, and is in the shape of a courtyard. According to records, Anguo Temple was founded in Sui, flourished in Tang, Ming Wanli rebuilt in 1573, folk have such a legend, first there is Anguo Temple, then there is Xianyang County, Anguo Temple is the earliest Buddhist temple in Xianyang, the Old Xianyang County Chronicle contains "Anguo Temple, stone Buddha one, bronze statue three, one Buddha, one Guan Emperor, one immeasurable" to the eve of liberation, with the destruction of the temple and lost, the existing Silent Monk Monument, stored in the Xianyang City Museum, Anguo Temple is also because of the Silent Illumination Monk Monument on the Anguo Temple characters raided its name.
