Yang Hui, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1982, Bozhou, Anhui, on-the-job graduate degree, master's degree in engineering. He began his career in August 2000 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 2003.

From August 2000 to October 2016, he successively served as a deputy company platoon leader, political instructor, assistant engineer, full battalion officer, deputy regimental staff officer, etc. of a certain unit of the Chinese People's Liberation Army;

From October 2016 to June 2019, he successively served as deputy researcher of the General Division of the Department of Collection, Management and Scientific and Technological Development of the State Administration of Taxation, and deputy researcher of the Demand and Standards Management Division;

From June 2019 to December 2019, he successively served as a fourth-level researcher and a third-level researcher in the Demand and Standards Management Division of the Department of Collection, Management and Scientific and Technological Development of the State Administration of Taxation;

Since December 2019, he has served as a second-level researcher in the Department of Collection, Management and Scientific and Technological Development of the State Administration of Taxation.
