Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided that since September this year, focusing on the areas where the problem of "parking difficulties" is concentrated and the old residential areas are piled up, scientific layout and rational screening will be carried out, and the parking lots of the city's organs and institutions will be opened successively. Open units should dismantle fences, walls, gates at the same time, and determine parking lines in the courtyard in accordance with the principle of "should be demarcated".
