In order to implement the spirit of the document of the Chenggu County Education and Sports Bureau on consolidating the achievements of education poverty alleviation and effectively connecting rural revitalization, the second kindergarten of Chenggu County has effectively established a perfect long-term mechanism for pairing and supporting work around helping the "rural revitalization strategy", promoting the sharing of urban and rural education resources, improving the management level of rural kindergartens and the teaching ability of teachers. On October 29, Chenggu County No. 1 Kindergarten, Yuangong Town Hope Kindergarten and Xinyuan Kindergarten carried out pairing support activities.
The content of this support activity is around the three-year help plan, tailored to the actual needs of the helped park, including: visits to study, exchange and discussion. The form of assistance is carried out in the form of "please come in". First of all, li Hui, deputy director of the second kindergarten, led the teachers of the former Gongzhen Hope Kindergarten and the New Original Kindergarten to visit the environment creation of the kindergarten, and every time they went to a class, there would be teachers who enthusiastically explained the class culture and regional creation culture from the aspects of design concept, intention, operability, etc. The teachers of the helped kindergarten also looked carefully, took notes and took pictures.
In the interactive session of the symposium, the campus directors and teachers also exchanged their reflections and gains with each other, and Xie Wenhong, the second kindergarten director, and Wang Ping, deputy director of the kindergarten, gave scientific guidance to the doubts raised by the teachers.
