Today (October 29) morning, the province's digital reform work promotion meeting was held in Hangzhou. Zhang Bing, secretary of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee, made a typical report on the application demonstration of the "comprehensive inspection" digital platform at the main venue. In the report, Zhang Bing demonstrated the operation and application of the "comprehensive inspection once" platform on the spot. He said that from the perspective of the overall government, Jiaxing has explored and promoted the reform of "large-scale comprehensive integration" administrative law enforcement in view of the four major problems such as the dispersion of law enforcement resources and the disturbance of enterprises and the people by law enforcement, and has innovated and developed the application of "comprehensive inspection once" to "enter the door once, check multiple things, and put it in place at one time" to reduce the burden on enterprises and increase efficiency for law enforcement.
The application runs vertically through the four levels of provinces, cities, counties and towns, coordinates 32 departments horizontally, and effectively integrates with the three major system platforms, and strives to achieve "one list" integration of law enforcement matters, "one screen control" to guide accurate law enforcement, "one key wisdom" to optimize department coordination, "integrated linkage" to reconstruct the evaluation system, to achieve the whole process of law enforcement supervision from intelligent early warning to evaluation feedback "one thing" closed loop, and comprehensively create a digital administrative law enforcement joint command system.
The cockpit of "comprehensive inspection once" integrates five core functional modules of early warning management, plan management, law enforcement management, law enforcement effectiveness and comprehensive evaluation. There are 60 "one thing" law enforcement scenarios in 6 categories in the early warning management module. Here, the dynamic early warning of "red, yellow and green" triggers law enforcement inspections through early warnings, which improves the pertinence and effectiveness of law enforcement.
The plan management module can track the progress of each plan in real time, monitor the whole process, manage the whole process, and supervise and coordinate the implementation of the department.
