Finally, after nine years of hardship and a long period of time, the people of Qinbang finally cut and paved the roadbed of more than 6,000 meters of winding sand and gravel roads. With the strong support and help of the higher-level party committee and government, especially after comprehensively promoting targeted poverty alleviation, in 2016, the government invested 1.21 million yuan to implement road hardening on Qinbangtun Road; in 2018, the government invested 876,000 yuan to install road safety protection fences on Qinbangtun Road.

Due to the narrow and long road and steep slopes, the transport vehicle could not tow the pole to the mountain, and could only place it at the Gutang Village Committee. Although everyone feels a heavy burden on their shoulders and feels difficult with each step forward, everyone wants to take on more responsibilities and make the brothers next to them easier. Everyone hung a thick sweat towel around their necks, tied a pot of boiled water around their waists, tired, really unable to carry, everyone sat on the ground, resting on the grass beside the road. After resting to replenish food and energy, everyone gritted their teeth, sang mountain songs to strengthen morale, and continued to carry the telephone poles, and the cycle began again. After the poles were carried back to the tunli, they were moved from the foot of Qinbang Mountain to the top of the mountain, and then professionals were invited to build the power tower. The problem of the transformation of the power network of the whole tun was finally solved with the unremitting efforts of everyone. With the joint efforts of the first secretary of the village, the "two committees" of the village and the villagers, and the strong support of the social caring enterprises and people, the first batch of more than 30 boxes of bees were quickly transported to Qinbangtun and planned to be distributed to five families to try breeding. They found planks from their homes and assembled the hives one by one. At the same time, take the initiative to ask beekeeping experts to learn how to breed and collect honey. They studied on the spot on the mountain, because they were not skilled, and Pan Riqiu and other villagers were stung by bees in many places. Among them, the pain after the stung arm was unbearable, and it was impossible to sleep for several nights. When the second batch of bees arrived, there were still dozens of boxes, still late at night, Pan Riqiu and the villagers were still carried to the hillside one by one, and then laid out the beehives one by one. There is always a reward for giving. After a period of careful breeding, the first beehives finally produced honey, with a yield of 57 catties. Soon, the second batch of beehives also produced honey, with an output of more than 400 catties.
