Probably to celebrate the great victory against the epidemic, this year's "Sea Red Flower Festival" is of high specification, the county government personally organized, and also invited the leaders of the provincial and municipal literary associations to visit, the time is set for April 21 to 22. Therefore, the activities of the prefectural writers association were carried out in advance. The scale of this gathering activity is relatively large, and the directors and some members of the Writers Association are invited to participate, and there are still more than 50 people participating in the busy schedule. We stopped at the foot of the mountain, some of us got off the mountain, and I climbed up, the mountain is very steep, and the wooden stairway twists and turns all the way to the top of the mountain. In the past year, there was only one big red rooster, and now a small hen has been molded to follow the rooster, and a new glass trestle observation deck has been built to the north, and a wooden staircase has been built to the south, so that tourists going up the mountain and tourists going down the mountain will not be crowded. Lunch is arranged at the Sea Wine Factory where Mr. Liu Zixian brews sea red wine and sea red drinks in the Wall head agricultural park. Before the meal, Mr. Liu led everyone around the factory area, and visited the liquor workshop, looked at the process flow, knew that all the German technology was adopted, and the whole set of equipment was also imported from Germany. Mr. Liu said that his distillery is now officially put into production in three series, sea red fruit wine, sea red fruit brandy wine, sea red fruit alcohol-free wine, a total of nine products. These products are all made from sea red fruit.
At the noon banquet, Mr. Liu made another enthusiastic speech, saying that his sea red fruit wine and drinks have opened up the market in China, marketing in more than ten provinces, Xi'an, Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other major cities have agents and stores. In the afternoon, he went to Ha Town to pay respects to the Memorial Tower of the Anti-Japanese Martyrs of the Northeast Advance Army and the Martyrs' Cemetery. Visited the General Ma Zhanshan's Point Platform at the Martyrs' Shrine. Along the way, we visited the Stone Kiln Gou Grotto Temple near Chen JiaYuan. This temple is a Yellow Sect temple believed by the Mongols. The ditch is steep and rocky. On the way back, I visited the Shimizu Distillery and entered the underground cellar, only to see a huge wine storage altar lined up inside, and the altar mouth was sealed with a mud cover wrapped in red cloth. According to the owner, Mr. Lin Rubin, there is Qingquan liquor that has been in the cellar for 30 years. After visiting the wine cellar, he took out his new product "Qingquan Orchard" sea red jujube freshly squeezed juice for everyone to taste. I drank a can, and it felt like it had both sea red fruit and jujube aroma, a faint sweet and sour aroma, which made people want to drink again.
