On the evening of October 27, the signing ceremony of the Wanbao Park Amusement Park Project was held in the Municipal Party and Government Office Center. Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Li Bing, Vice Mayor Qian Yankao and Dai Gang, and Secretary General of the Municipal Government Kang Jianfang attended the signing ceremony.
At the ceremony, the person in charge of Hailin Yilong Water Customs Park introduced the project of Wanbao Park Amusement Park, and the person in charge of the Landscape Branch of Harbin Municipal Design Institute Co., Ltd. introduced the design of the project.
Subsequently, under the joint witness of Li Bing, Qian Yankao, Dai Gang and other leaders, Kang Jianfang and the person in charge of Hailin Yilong Water Customs Park signed a cooperation framework agreement for the Wanbao Park Amusement Park project in Qitaihe City.
It is understood that in order to give full play to the function of Wanbao Park in serving the society and serving the masses, further improving the infrastructure of public services and tourism facilities in our city, and meeting the needs of the people's leisure and entertainment life, the reconstruction and expansion of Wanbao Park is planned to be divided into two parts, the first part is public infrastructure construction; the second part is amusement equipment and connected amusement equipment roads, reception centers, indoor venues, etc. In the next step, the two sides will improve the relevant plans as soon as possible in accordance with the framework agreement, accelerate the implementation of various work, promote the early start of construction of the project, and improve the well-being of the people.
