The 2020 National Science and Technology Awards selected a total of 264 projects, 10 scientific and technological experts and 1 international organization. Among them, there are 2 national highest science and technology awards; 46 national natural science awards, including 2 first prizes and 44 second prizes; 61 state technological invention awards, including 3 first prizes and 58 second prizes; 157 state science and technology progress awards, including 2 special prizes, 18 first prizes and 137 second prizes; 8 foreign experts and 1 international organization The People's Republic of China International Science and Technology Cooperation Award.

Hu Weiming and Li Bing in the core team of Renmin Zhongke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Renmin Zhongke") won the second prize of the National Natural Science Award for the project "Theory and Method of Learning and Understanding of Visual Movement Mode", and it is also the only award-winning project on intelligent video.

Hu Weiming is the founder and chief scientist of Renmin Zhongke, a member of the Academic Committee of the People's Daily Communication Content Cognition National Heavy Laboratory, who has undertaken more than 30 national important topics such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Major Research Program, and published 17 papers in the top 1 international journal of artificial intelligence tpami, which he cited more than 40,000 times. Li Bing is the chairman of the board of directors of the People's Central Science and Technology Committee and a member of the People's Network Technical Committee, leading a number of major national science and technology plans such as the National Science and Technology Innovation 2030 New Generation Artificial Intelligence Major Project. The award-winning projects of Hu Weiming and Li Bing's team mainly studied the series of theories and methods of intelligent understanding and motion analysis of video content, and 8 representative papers were cited 7225 times, of which 6 were published in the top international journals of artificial intelligence, pami and ijcv, which had an important international influence.
