Ingredients: pork belly, dried plum vegetables, green onion, ginger and garlic;
method:
1: Cut the pork belly into small pieces, put it into the water with ginger cooking wine and boil it, fish it out and wash it, soak the plum vegetables softly, drain the water and set aside;
2, hot pan cold oil, under the onion ginger pork belly sautéed until the pork belly is slightly yellow, add cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, pour in raw soy sauce old soy sauce oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly;
3, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, boil on high heat and simmer for 40 minutes, then pour in the plum vegetables, stir-fry evenly, continue to cook for 10 minutes, cook until the meat and plum vegetables are crispy and rotten, and collect the juice on high heat.
Notes:
1, meat must buy pork belly, plum vegetables should be more bubbled, washed to prevent debris;
2, must not add salt Dried plum vegetables and spices themselves have a salty taste.

Ingredients: pork belly, dried plum vegetables, green onion, ginger slices.
Seasoning: Star anise, green onion ginger, 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1/2 piece of curd milk, a little sugar, 1/2 spoon of sweet noodle sauce, curd milk, pepper, chicken essence to taste.
1, dried plum vegetables soaked in advance, washed several times to wash off impurities and dry the water for later.
2: Put the pork belly in cold water, add green onion and ginger cooking wine and cook for 30 minutes. (Chopsticks can be pierced through)
3, with a toothpick to the pork skin piercing, smeared with dark soy sauce, leave oil in the pan to put the meat in, quickly cover the lid and fry until the pork skin is golden brown and slightly hard. (Be sure to pay attention to safety when frying)
4: Soak the fried meat in cold water for 10 minutes, take out the slices, then add the shallots, ginger, star anise + seasoning part, grasp and mix evenly and marinate for about 10 minutes.
5: Put the marinated meat into a bowl, the skin of the meat is facing down, put the dried plum vegetables, drizzle the remaining sauce, and steam for about 1 hour.
6: Steam the excess soup, put the plate upside down, and then pour the soup back.
