After the small stir-fried yellow beef, Xiangxi overlord frog, camellia oil fried chicken, rape seed stewed pig hand and other Hunan dishes were cooked on the spot, they were just served on the table, but in a few minutes, they were snatched up by the waiting citizens.

At the exhibition site, Xu Dabin, a master of Chinese cooking and Hunan cuisine, is introducing to the crowd of onlookers, this time he will bring one of the three famous dishes in Hunan to the Shanghai community, so that local residents in Shanghai can get close to Hunan stir-fry and eat more authentic Hunan cuisine.
"It's rare to eat so many representative Hunan dishes at once, try what the authentic Hunan flavor is." Xu Yun, a Shanghai resident, held a small bowl in one hand and his 4-year-old daughter in the other, waiting for the Hunan cuisine master's dishes to quickly come out of the pot.
