Over the years, the tea room in the large bowl tea area of Wushan Mountain Scenic Area has been loved by citizens and tourists because of its convenient geographical location and moderate consumption. However, due to the uneven quality of tea customers and the fact that most of the operators are the original people of the business premises, management problems have become increasingly prominent, and problems such as dirty, chaotic and poor have always existed.
In order to do a good job in the long-term management of the creation of "Beautiful Hangzhou" and the "'Welcoming Asian Games' Urban Environment Renovation and Great Improvement of Urban Appearance", the Phoenix Mountain Management Office carried out a large-scale rectification action in response to the problems existing in the large bowl tea area of Wushan Mountain Scenic Area.
Problem 1: Environmental order is prone to rebound
In response to this problem, a special action focusing on the "three guarantees at the door" was launched. The staff went door to door to explain the requirements of urban management work, clarified the responsibility of "three guarantees at the door", guided merchants to "look after their own doors and manage their own people" to consciously restrain the uncivilized behavior of tea customers, corrected the operation outside the store, piled up in front of and behind the house, posted in violation of the law, and enhanced the merchants' awareness of law-abiding and self-discipline. As of October 29, more than 20 people were dispatched to inspect a total of 14 households with "three packs in front of the door", and 26 cases of random piling and littering and 9 environmental health problems were rectified on the spot.
Problem two: garbage sorting is not in place
In response to this problem, the staff first armed their minds with theory, carefully studied and studied the knowledge of garbage classification and related work standards, and only by reading and understanding themselves could they better manage the order on the surface.
Then we will promote the action with practice, not only to do a good job of inspection and registration every day, but also to understand the 15 merchants, to do a good job in garbage classification and explanation, and to urge them to implement the work of replacing garbage cans and sorting and throwing garbage as soon as possible.
