Wang Yi said that in the past two months, President Xi Jinping and President Putin have carried out intensive "cloud exchanges" and attended each other's home diplomatic activities by video, which fully demonstrated their firm support for each other, effectively promoted pragmatic cooperation between the two countries, and actively led the major international agenda. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Russian side to take the diplomacy of the fuehrer as the compass and the fixed star, make good preparations for the next stage of high-level exchanges between the two sides, and promote greater development of China-Russia relations.
Wang Yi said: The Chinese side highly appreciates President Putin's thesis that China is Russia's most reliable and comprehensive strategic cooperative partner, and is willing to work with the Russian side to promote the building of a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind, hold high the banner of multilateralism, adhere to the right path on earth, and oppose various evil ways such as "small circles," "fake democracy," and "the new Cold War."
Lavrov said that the recent frequent interaction between the two heads of state has led Russia-China relations to a new historical high. The Russian side is willing to make joint efforts with the Chinese side to actively implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, make good preparations for the meeting between the two heads of state and the regular meeting of the prime ministers, and promote greater results in cooperation in various fields.
The two sides agreed to strengthen the coordination and docking of epidemic prevention measures to curb the cross-border spread of the epidemic. At the same time, under the condition of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, we will actively facilitate personnel and trade exchanges.
The two sides agreed to continue to strengthen communication and coordination under multilateral frameworks such as the United Nations and the G20 to jointly safeguard the norms governing international relations and the legitimate rights and interests of the two countries.

The two sides expressed serious concern about the establishment of a trilateral security partnership (AUKUS) between the United States, Britain, and Australia and the plan to carry out nuclear submarine cooperation, holding that AUKUS is a typical military bloc, and that the "small circle" pursued by the United States, Britain, and Australia runs counter to the trend of the times of seeking peace, promoting cooperation, and seeking development, is unpopular, and has no way out.
In response to the so-called "Leaders' Democracy Summit," the two sides said they would make clear their position to the international community and expound a correct outlook on democracy, development, and human rights. Wang Yi stressed that democracy is a common value of all mankind and the rights of the people of all countries, not the patent of a few countries. Forcing other countries to accept so-called democracy, which is unilaterally sanctioned, will only be unconvincing. Simply because the forms of democracy are different, it is typical of anti-democracy to put on the hat of "authoritarianism".
The two sides agreed to maintain strategic communication, sort out bilateral cooperation in a timely manner, align each other's positions, and coordinate common actions.
