Our city has combined the study and education of party history with summing up experience, observing reality, and promoting work, focusing on the "five focuses" to do practical things for the masses and solve difficult problems with heart and soul, promoting the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses" to go deep and solid, and testing the effectiveness of party history study and education with practical actions.

Focusing on the concept of guidance, the city combines the study and education of party history with the work of the economic and social development center, closely follows the overall goal of "building a high-level Guangxi Dongrong Pilot Demonstration Zone", deeply implements the "six Dongrong", carries out the special actions of "three enterprises into Guizhou project implementation, enterprises help transformation and upgrading", "grasps party building and promotes high-quality industrial development", and the "two major reforms" of state-owned enterprise parks, implements the "four unification" project construction work mechanism, and comprehensively promotes 530 major projects and 68 top priority projects. 20 projects for the 20th anniversary of the founding of the city have promoted high-quality economic development. In the first half of this year, the city's GDP increased by 15.6% year-on-year, ranking second in Guangxi, and the city's experience in comprehensively docking the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was promoted in the whole region. At the same time, the city closely adheres to the specific goal of "high quality of life", ensures people's livelihood, improves people's livelihood, and makes the development results truly benefit the people.

Focusing on rural revitalization, in recent years, the city has promoted the industrialization, scale and brand development of characteristic agriculture, built a high-quality agricultural and sideline products supply base for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, consolidated and enhanced the status of "vegetable basket", "fruit basket" and "meat basket" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and comprehensively promoted rural revitalization. Since the beginning of this year, the city has newly identified 6 "vegetable basket" production bases in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with a total of 17, which is currently the districted city with the largest number of certified bases in Guangxi. While doing a solid job in strengthening the modern characteristic agricultural industry, the city has also carried out the special action of "building a rural revitalization demonstration corridor and a boutique demonstration area" in depth, and integrated into the construction of "Guangdong-Guangdong Gallery" through global environmental improvement and shaping of farmhouse characteristics. As of September 15, the city has implemented 1793 "three cleanses and three demolitions" environmental improvement villages, 296 villages with characteristic style shaping, 14980 farmhouses, and the rural style has been significantly improved, initially forming a pattern of "fine products on the point, scenery on the line, and changes on the surface".

Focusing on "urgent difficulties and expectations", the relevant departments of our city completed the registration and issuance of certificates in advance for 12,958 sets of resettlement housing in 02 resettlement sites for poverty alleviation and resettlement in the city, with a certificate issuance rate of 100%; carried out the "Yuehe Heart to Heart, Holding Up 'Heart' Hope" art to help charity public welfare activities, and raised funds for 52 congenital heart disease patients to go to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for free surgical treatment. The people have called, and I have responded. In recent years, our city has focused on the masses' "urgent difficulties and anxieties", and tried every means to solve their difficulties, pain points and blockages in their work and life. The clues of the "urgent difficulties and anxieties" widely reflected by the public in the 12345 citizen service hotline and the Hezhou network government platform have been sorted out and completed 29166 relevant appeals in the city, and the satisfaction rate of the masses has reached 94.65%, timely and accurately solving various "urgent, difficult and anxious" problems encountered by the masses.

Focus on the "tube suit". Since the beginning of this year, the city has taken the opportunity of party history study and education to send 57 industrial revitalization commissioners and more than 80 "strong enterprises to help businesses" red service team members to carry out services in enterprises and parks, and deeply carried out the "three divisions into 100 enterprises" activity, helping enterprises solve problems (do practical things) more than 1,000 (pieces), and truly let enterprises enjoy the reform dividends. In recent years, the city has adhered to the simultaneous emphasis on the reform of government services, organized and carried out special actions of "I solve problems for enterprises" and "improve service quality at the government service window", so as to achieve "more data to run, the masses to run less errands", to provide an efficient and high-quality service environment for enterprises and the masses.

Focusing on grass-roots governance, since the beginning of this year, our city has played the role of rural party members as a vanguard model and a fighting fortress of branches, and carried out activities of "village affairs and village offices, party members unveiling" and "double check-in and practical things" in rural areas and communities. 8,500 rural party members in the city participated in the unveiling, a total of 813 practical things were done for the masses, and 3,061 outstanding problems of the masses were solved. At present, the city has completed the standardized construction of the city, county, and rural four-level comprehensive management center; built 783 compulsory public security patrol teams, 190 social lawyers and grass-roots legal workers have served as village (community) legal advisers, investigated 1,899 various contradictions and disputes, and the success rate of mediation has reached 96.84 percent; at the same time, all of them have completed the tasks assigned by the central and autonomous regions to centralize the management of duplicate letters and visits, and to resolve the backlog of letters and visits. In the second quarter of this year, the city's people's sense of security reached 98.85%, ranking first in the whole district, and the people's sense of security and happiness continued to improve.

On the land of Shoucheng, a series of vivid "I do practical things for the masses" practical activities are vigorously unfolding, and the problems of "urgency, difficulty, and anxiety" that concern the vital interests of the masses one by one are being solved.
