"Seven Degrees Space" is a registered trademark of Hengan International Group Co., Ltd., and the assignee of the trademark is Hengan (China) Paper Co., Ltd. According to the parties' statements, the parties purchased the trademark-infringing "Nanfu" batteries from the salesmen who went to the door at a price lower than the market price of 0.1 yuan per unit, and the No. 5 batteries and the No. 7 batteries were purchased 600 each, for a total of 1200 cells. The purchase price of the two batteries is the same as 1.75 yuan / grain, and the sales price is the same, which is 2 yuan / grain.
