In March, it is the time of spring tea picking. On the morning of March 27, the "2021 Third China Yingde Black Tea Head Picking Festival" took the lead in kicking off in the Black Tea Valley in Jiqingli, Yingde City. Different from the dragon and lion dances in previous years, this head festival has a different path, showing a unique ritual beauty with the encounter of "poetry and tea". On the stage of "Spring, As You Can See - Jiqingli Spring Tea Poetry Society", eight leading guests from Qingyuan and Yingde planted a symbolic fertile land with tea trees to start the new year.

The event was planned by Huang Libao, a famous poet and founder of the Guangzhou New Year Poetry Society, and invited more than ten famous poets from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including Yao Feng, Shi Bin and Lu Weiping, as well as well-known poets from Qingyuan and Yingde to collect and create styles. Through six chapters, "Wilderness and Spring", "Tranquility and Passion", "Tea And Aesthetics", "Seeking Aroma and Convention", "Spring Road and Folk Songs", and "Spring Color and Flying", the content is both grounded and spirited.
Jiqingli Black Tea Valley has the reputation of "China's Beautiful Countryside", "AAA Guangdong Agricultural Park", "Guangdong's Most Beautiful Tea Garden" and other reputations, and is one of the national tea town tourism boutique routes and one of the 100 leisure agriculture and rural tourist attractions in the country. In the Black Tea Valley, more than 3,000 acres of tea gardens are undulating and overflowing with tea aromas, and rows of tea trees are like brocade, layered around the hills, beautiful.
Spring tea is revered for its fresh taste and strong aroma. Riding on the east wind of the Yingde Black Tea Head Festival, in the afternoon, Jiqingli Tea Industry also held a spring tea tasting meeting and dealer ordering meeting at the Yiluan Fengluan Hotel in the Xianhu Tourist Area of Jiqingli, and nearly 300 dealer partners from all over the world gathered together to taste freshly baked spring tea and seek common development of black tea.

In recent years, Jiqingli has adhered to the business philosophy of "developing one side, benefiting one party", radiating and driving the surrounding tea plant planting area of 1532 mu, providing 300 fixed employment posts for poor farmers in the surrounding areas, more than 600 seasonal tea picking jobs, driving the economic income of more than 60 village groups such as the surrounding forward, Xinqun and Longhua village committees, and the average annual income of farmers has increased by more than 20%. At the same time, through the "company + base + farmer" operation and management model, we actively promote the precision poverty alleviation work, driving 2435 and 2451 rural households in 2018 and 2019 respectively, and the average household income increased by 2677.00 yuan and 2810.81 yuan. To this end, on the morning of March 26, Liang Jian, full-time deputy director of the Agricultural Office of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Poverty Alleviation Office, Zhang Weijie, director of the Qingyuan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and Luo Weiquan, vice mayor of Yingde City, awarded the plaque of "Guangdong Province Poverty Alleviation Agricultural Leading Enterprise" to Yingde Yonghe Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., which belongs to Jiqingli Black Tea Valley.
