Zhao Shaokang pointed out on Facebook that Ma Ying-jeou was not guilty in the handling of the "Three China Case", the DPP used the most severe criteria to pursue and kill Ma Ying-jeou politically, and Ma Ying-jeou was still innocent even in the most unfavorable situation, which is really justified; and Ma Ying-jeou did not get a single cent from the "Three China Case" and did not let the KMT have any losses, but only let the KMT withdraw from the media in order to comply with the "Radio and Television Law".

In the past, after several years of detailed investigation by the special investigation team to investigate whether there was any lawlessness, Zhao Shaokang pointed out that he did not expect that after Tsai Ing-wen came to power, he would make a big move to restart the investigation, and he had to prosecute Ma Ying-jeou on the charge of luo weaving, and the political indictment was full of axes, and the procurator's indictment even said that Ma Ying-jeou was in a hurry to deal with the "three Middle Schools"? Zhao Shaokang said that he had been summoned at least five times before and after from the special investigation team to the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office, and the investigation was huge and detailed, and the income, taxes, and various accounts of individuals and companies were simply like a yellow spring of investigation, which made him have a deep sense of humiliation.

After three years of investigation by the "Chief Procurator" and the Supreme People's Procuratorate's Black Investigation Center, the "Three Central Cases" was already illegally concluded as early as 2014. However, after the DPP came to power in 2016, it not only hunted down and killed the KMT party property, but also restarted the investigation of the "Three China Case", and the four-and-a-half-year investigation and prosecution was protracted and time-consuming, and the judicial resources were consumed, which finally proved Ma Ying-jeou's innocence. Zhao Shaokang said that the DPP's various "east factory acts" are all in the eyes of the people on the island.

Zhao Shaokang pointed out that the Taipei Prefectural People's Court's acquittal verdict clearly explained the reasons for the acquittal verdict and repeatedly punched the local procuratorate in the face with great fanfare and absurd prosecution; he held that the district procuratorate should follow the weng Qihui case and no longer file an appeal, otherwise the logic of the indictment is unreasonable and full of loopholes, as long as the judge with a little brainer will not convict Ma Ying-jeou, and the procurator's appeal is only self-insulting, and he will once again be punched in the face by the high court.

Zhao Shaokang also mentioned that Ma Ying-jeou sold China Television, China Broadcasting, and China Film in order to meet the people's expectations for the withdrawal of the party, government, and army from the media and the requirements of the law; the DPP is now reaching into the media, comprehensively greening, and using the "Three China Case" to hunt down and kill Ma Ying-jeou, as if Chen Shui-bian was detained, Ma Ying-jeou must also be detained, which is a naked means of political revenge.
