Who is the Emperor Fumi? He was the great-grandson of the famous Eastern Han General Emperor Fusong, who moved to Xin'an with his uncle at an early age, and devoted his life to writing, successively compiling and writing works such as "The Century of Emperors", "Biography of Gao Shi", "Xuan Shou Theory", "Acupuncture and Moxibustion A and B Classic" and so on. Huang Fumian has been praised by UNESCO as "a world historical and cultural celebrity, the originator of acupuncture medicine, and one of the top ten famous doctors in ancient China".

Li Zhifeng is a native of Lingtai, Gansu, and Fang Zhimin is a native of Yima, Henan. One lives in the ancestral home of Huangfu Mi, and the other lives in the Huangfu Mi migration place. Both are scholars of HuangfuMi culture, and finally got on the phone at the end of 2019.

Li Zhifeng said that according to the "Records of Xin'an County" and "Records of History", "Chronicles of The Emperors" and other materials compiled in different eras, it can be found that the newly resettled county was in Qin, and it was not until the Sui Dynasty that it moved east, but the county seat was not located at the present site, but in the village of Twenty Lipu in Qianqiu Town, three kilometers southwest of Yima City, Henan Province.

Walking into the Shichi County Museum, the annotation of the "Ancient Xin'an County" where the Emperor Fu lived has long been changed to "Present-day Yima County". "In the mid-to-late 1970s, when the state conducted a census of cultural relics, it identified a huge pit in the southwest of the village of Pushihe in present-day Yima City, which killed 200,000 Qin pawns for Xiangyu Pit, that is, the chu pit site. After the cultural relics exploration team drilled again, the rammed earth layer of the wall of the qin xin'an ancient city site was found in the territory of today's Yima City, and the urban area was demarcated. In 2019, the ruins of the ancient city of Qinxin'an were included in the eighth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. Fang Zhimin said.
Among the original 20 administrative villages in Yima City, there is a "Lizhao Village", the name of the village is unique, but few people can tell the ins and outs. "Putting the 'call of etiquette' into the history of Emperor Fumian has become another proof of his life in Yima City." Fang Zhimin explained that during the Wei and Jin Dynasties and the Southern and Northern Dynasties, the imperial court followed the Jiupin Zhongzheng system to select officials, and Emperor Fumi was recruited by the imperial court six times in his life, and six times he "refused to be summoned by courtesy", and his place of residence was inextricably linked to the "courtesy call", "He could be recruited by the imperial court many times, check the historical figures of Yima, and there was no one else except Emperor Fumi." ”
