Recently, the Zheng'an County People's Court held a dispatch meeting for the construction of the business environment. Responsible persons of relevant departments and judges attended the meeting, which was presided over by Tian Xijiang, secretary of the party group and president of the court.
Yu Qian, head of the Audit and Management Office, introduced the development of the business environment work of the Zheng'an Court and reported the problems existing in the current business environment work.
Wang Ding, member of the party group and vice president, organized the study of documents such as the "Zheng'an County 2021 Business Environment Competition And Forward Action Plan" and the "Zheng'an County 2021 Comprehensive Performance Appraisal Plan for the High-quality Development of the Business Environment" and other documents and the spirit of the relevant meeting. And pointed out that the business environment work is a major strategic decision made by the party and the state, related to the province's "noble service" brand building, we must take "safety is not safe, the party is not convenient, not profitable, clean and incorruptible" as the test standard, we must strictly follow the work requirements in accordance with the law and regulations to implement the responsibility to the people.
Tian Xijiang stressed: The rule of law is the best business environment, the business environment work is inseparable from the improvement of the people's satisfaction, the post judges should strengthen grass-roots visits, take the initiative to go to the door for enterprises to popularize the law to solve problems; the delivery team and the expedited adjudication team are strong and powerful, to achieve the rapid delivery of enterprise-related cases, special cases for fine trial; the civil trial court should organize the study of litigation costs such as litigation costs, appraisal fees, and lawyers' fees for enterprise-related cases; and all case-handling departments should establish a good ledger for the enterprise-related cases they undertake. The Trial Management Office tracks the progress of individual cases in real time and strengthens supervision and guidance.
