He built factories and warehouses, established the county's first fruit production and marketing company integrating planting, acquisition, preservation, storage, processing and sales, organized more than 10,000 fruit farmers in the surrounding Jinshi Town, Huanglong Town and other 5 main navel orange producing areas, and established a navel orange planting demonstration base in accordance with the model of "leading enterprise + base + farmer". He also took the lead in environmentally friendly, green and pollution-free production. Now the company has achieved an annual operating income of more than 92 million yuan.
Drawing on the Chen Xixiang model, Xinning trained 8,700 fruit farmers to become "soil experts" in the navel orange industry, promoted "good seeds + good methods" in the county, and implemented green standardized planting, and 20 enterprises in the county obtained the national green food certification for navel orange products.
