French Yellow Mustard Seed Sauce 1Tbsp(10g)
Apple cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar) 1Tbsp (10g)
Honey 1Tbsp (10g)
Olive Oil 2Tbsp (20g)
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Any favorite pasta 70g
Carrots to taste
Bell pepper to taste
Cauliflower to taste
Lettuce to taste
Canned tuna to taste
Toast the fragrant almonds to taste
Purple cabbage to taste
<h2>Practice steps</h2>
1. Find a small box or bottle that can be sealed
2: Pour olive oil, mustard seed paste, honey, apple cider vinegar (2:1:1:1), salt and black pepper into a small box
3: Cover and shake well

5: Cut carrots, purple cabbage and bell peppers into strips and shred the lettuce
