The east extension of Yuxi Avenue is expected to become the longest street in the east-west direction of the main city

Your unit has received the "Letter on Handling the Approval of the Feasibility Study Report of the Municipal Project on the East Extension of Yuxi Avenue in Yulin City" (Yuzheng Housing and Construction Letter [2021] No. 136) and relevant information. In order to further improve the road network and improve traffic conditions in the urban area of our city center, promote the development and utilization of land resources along the road, and form a good urban pattern and spatial development trend, according to the spirit of the 28th special conference of the municipal government in 2021, with reference to the evaluation opinions of the Yulin Investment Project Evaluation Center, after research, the feasibility study report of the project is agreed in principle, and the following is hereby approved:

2. Project site selection and construction scale

Yuxi Avenue extends the municipal project from Mingzhu Avenue in the west to the east side of Shangjun South Road (the current Youjiawan South Road) in the east, with a total length of 2,000 meters and a planned road red line width of 60 meters. Among them, the Section of Pearl Avenue - Great Wall South Road is reconstructed; the Section of Great Wall South Road - Shangjun South Road is newly built; the end of Shangjun South Road is reconstructed; and the west-to-north ramp of Yuxi Avenue involves the reconstruction of South Great Wall Road, and the reconstruction length is 800m. The project mainly includes a three-storey interchange of Yuxi Avenue, an east ring road, a great wall south road, a two-storey interchange across the Yuxi River Bridge, and a two-storey interchange of Yuxi Avenue and a skin shi south road. The construction content is roads, bridges, water supply and drainage, transportation, lighting, electric power and telecommunications, greening and other projects.

3. Total investment and sources of funds

The total approved investment is estimated to be 785.5264 million yuan, and the source of construction funds is municipal financial funds.

Fourth, please organize the preparation of the preliminary design of the project as soon as possible and report it to our committee for approval of the preliminary design estimate investment.  

Please strengthen project management and strictly control investment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Government Investment Regulations (State Council Order No. 712) and other relevant provisions. In the process of construction, it is necessary to implement the project legal person responsibility system, the bidding system, the project supervision system and the contract management system, and strictly implement the relevant provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Bidding and Bidding" in the bidding process to ensure the construction period and equipment quality.

Xi'an Municipal Design Institute public information shows: Yulin City Yuxi Avenue east extension municipal engineering, west from the Pearl Avenue, east to the east side of Shangjun South Road, a total length of 2km, for the city trunk road, the main construction content includes Yuxi Avenue - East Ring Road - Great Wall South Road three-story interchange, across the Yuxi River Bridge, Yuxi Avenue - Fushi South Road double-storey interchange, after the completion of the project will further improve the yulin city road network, promote urban development.

Yuxi Avenue starts from Yulin Avenue in the west and reaches the East Ring Road in the west, which is a main road running east-west in the high-tech zone. In 2020, the 3rd Road of Kechuang was connected to Yuxi Avenue through the Baoxi Railway, which greatly reduced the distance from the Kechuang New Town to the High-tech Zone and optimized the traffic patency in the southwest of the central urban area of Yulin. Yuxi Avenue crosses the Yuxi River to the east and connects with Fushi South Road and Shangjun Road, which will greatly increase the traffic convenience of the southern suburbs, high-tech zones and science and technology innovation city areas. According to the baidu map distance measurement of the road direction, from Huaiyuan Third Road in Kechuang New City in the west to Shangjun Road East in the east, with a total length of about 7 kilometers, it is expected to become the longest east-west street in the central urban area of Yulin.
