According to the Tianyancha App, recently, xiamen Zhonglian Century Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lianshang Network Technology Co., Ltd. trademark ownership, infringement dispute second-instance civil judgment was published, case number (2020) Jing 73 Min Zhong No. 226, the trial court is the Beijing Intellectual Property Court. The appellant was Xiamen Zhonglian Century Technology Co., Ltd. (WIFI partner affiliate), and the appellee was Shanghai Lianshang Network Technology Co., Ltd. (WIFI Master Key Affiliate).

According to the judgment, in the first instance of the case, the plaintiff, Shanghai Lianshang Company, held that the "WiFi Key" mobile application software developed and operated by the defendant Xiamen Zhonglian Company, or the trademark use of the trademark for advertising, exhibition and other commercial activities, infringed the plaintiff's exclusive right to use the registered trademarks such as No. 14163512 (specified color) and No. 16547208. After ascertaining, the court of first instance ruled that the defendant compensated the plaintiff for economic losses of 3 million yuan.

Xiamen Zhonglian Company appealed to the court against the (2018) Jing 0108 Min Chu No. 56868 Civil Judgment rendered by the Haidian District People's Court of Beijing Municipality (the court of first instance).

The result of the judgment in this case was to reject the appeal and uphold the original judgment.
